Educational Commitment Project
The philosophy of the project is to provide educational expertise through the opportunities it offers for gaining experience and learning. It is one of the aspects of the transfer of experience and peer learning and depends mainly on the exchange of experiences between new and old teachers and educational living through a clear program, in which the new teacher is accompanied by an expert teacher for a school year.
