Teacher Grade Project
It is an opportunity to attract distinguished staff and is based on the classification of teachers into four categories, namely, resident teacher, practitioner, expert and partner. The teacher is promoted within the rank and also among other levels when he achieves a set of standards and performance indicators, which are evaluated through specialized committees, with reference to practice and evidence.
